KBW 2024 Recap: Storychat in Korea

Storychat actively participated in Korea Blockchain Week 2024 (KBW) earlier this September. Our entire team was deeply involved, staying busy throughout the week with multiple presentations and the management of our very own booth.

Through this Medium post, we’d like to share some highlights from our team’s activities during the event.

1. Aptos Office Meeting

The Aptos team visited their Korean office to meet with teams actively working within the Aptos ecosystem in Korea. We had the opportunity to connect with the Aptos team over a shared meal of Korean food, strengthening our relationship and setting the stage for even more advanced collaborations.

In particular, we had an in-depth meeting with Aptos Head Engineer David (@david_wolinsky) where we discussed development and technical aspects of the Aptos platform.

Mo Shaikh(M. Shaikh), Founder of Aptos, also honored us with a visit to the Storychat team.

2. Aptos Experience Seoul

The Storychat team participated in the Aptos Experience event, hosted by Aptos in Seoul. This event was a huge success, and Storychat, as a part of the Aptos ecosystem, operated a booth throughout the event.

Our booth attracted numerous visitors who got to experience the features of Storychat firsthand. We also forged several partnerships and collaborations during this time.

3. Supra Demo Day

Storychat was invited to present at Supra’s Hashed Lounge Demo Day event, one of our partners and also a partner of Aptos.

The presentation generated significant interest from VCs and investors, and we successfully completed the demo.
